See what's playing in every zone of your venue, then play, pause, skip or set the volume from your iPhone. For ZoneMaestro business customers with an existing account. Music that moves with your space. ZoneMaestro is the remote control and management console for hotels, restaurants, cafés, lounges and retail venues that run their background music on ZoneMaestro. See every audio zone, change what's playing and keep an eye on your Music Servers from your iPhone. An existing ZoneMaestro account is required. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator; there is no public sign-up and nothing to buy in the app. Music plays on the MusicServer at your venue, never on your phone. ZONES • Every audio zone on one screen, with its live state (Playing, Paused, Stopped or Offline), title, artist, playlist and output device • Play, pause, stop, next, previous, volume and mute for each zone • A per-zone equalizer with presets such as Flat and Dinner, plus Bass Boost, Loudness and Virtualizer • Crossfade on or off, and its length • Assign a playlist to a zone, and leave out or add back single tracks for that zone only PLAYLISTS AND SCHEDULING • Build playlists from the cloud library and assign them to locations, Music Servers or zones • Choose which playlist plays in each zone, on which days and from what time • Schedules keep running on your venue's MusicServer even when its internet is down PRAYER MODE • Pause chosen zones for Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha, timed for each venue's location • Set the calculation method, offset and pause length; zone cards show today's prayer times VENUES AND MUSIC SERVERS • A dashboard of locations, servers online, zones playing, alerts and recent activity • Music Server status, version, CPU, RAM, disk use and last heartbeat • Sync Music, Sync Configuration and Restart Playback Service, with sync status for each server • Real-time activity, alerts and logs, and a history of every remote command, marked successful only once the venue server confirms TEAM • Invite staff, reset their passwords or remove their access • What you can see and change depends on the role your administrator assigns: Organization Admin, Location Manager or Viewer Terms of Service: https://cloud.zonemaestro.com/terms-of-service Questions: contact@zonemaestro.com
