Voiceboard is a keyboard you talk to. Speak in Cantonese, English or nine other languages, then send it as you said it, translated, or rewritten to sound just right. It works in every app.
TALK, CHECK, SEND
• Open Voiceboard once to start a voice session. iOS doesn't let keyboards use the microphone, so the app does the listening in the background.
• In any app, switch to the Voiceboard keyboard with the globe key, then tap the mic, or hold it while you speak.
• Your words appear in the text field as a draft. Change the style, say what to fix, or type over it, then send.
BUILT FOR THE WAY PEOPLE REALLY TALK
• Cantonese that actually works: speak colloquial Cantonese, particles, slang and English words included, and get it back as written Cantonese, standard written Chinese or a natural translation.
• Translate as you speak: talk in one language and send in another. Translation runs on your iPhone, with no internet needed once a language is downloaded.
• Say what to change: "Make it Saturday." "Shorter." "More polite." Change the draft by voice or with one tap, and undo any step.
• Styles for every chat: Polished, Formal, Casual, Friendly, Concise, Work, Emoji, Gen Z, Victorian, LinkedIn and more.
• A full keyboard, too: swipe for letters and emoji, and edit the draft with the keys before you send it.
• Private by default: without Pro, speech recognition, translation and rewriting all run on your iPhone. Voiceboard never records what you type.

English, Cantonese (廣東話), Mandarin in Traditional or Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
PRO
Voiceboard is free. Pro adds cloud recognition and rewriting for when accuracy matters most:
• Text appears live as you speak
• Much better with accents, names and mixed languages, especially Cantonese
• More natural rewriting and translation
• Styles and edits on any iPhone, plus 潮語 from 80後 to 10後, and 文言文
Pro is a monthly subscription that includes Pro minutes: Low (60 minutes), Medium (150), High (300) or Extra (650). Speech uses a Pro minute for each minute you talk; rewriting and translation use a few seconds per message. Minutes refill every month, and subscribers can buy extra minutes that never expire. When minutes run out, Voiceboard switches to the free on-device services until they refill.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Without Pro, styles and edits need an iPhone with Apple Intelligence. Requires iOS 26 or later.
