Ondera is the new design review and collaboration tool for AEC, from the Goodnotes team. Review and mark up PDF drawings with everyone you work with: your team, your consultants and your clients. It's super easy, and nobody needs training to join in. WHO IT'S FOR Architects, structural engineers, contractors and project managers: anyone who runs design reviews, marks up PDF drawings, or walks sites and turns what they find into punch lists. DEVICES Ondera works in the iPad app and in your browser at ondera.co. More devices to come. DESIGN REVIEW: KEEP TRACK OF VERSIONS EASILY Import a PDF and you're ready to go. Everyone works on the same live drawing, so there's nothing to merge and no one reviewing last week's version. You can see who's in the document with you, and review their comments and markups now, or later. PUNCH LIST: CIRCLE IT. ASSIGN IT. GO HOME ON TIME. Walk the site and build the punch list as you go. Circle the problem, add a photo, a voice note or a comment right where it belongs, and make it a task with an owner and a status. By the time you leave, the list is done. AI quietly takes care of the busywork, like turning a photo into a task. TECHNICAL DRAWINGS: EVERYTHING PAPER DOES, PLUS THE BITS IT CAN'T • Pen, highlighter, shapes, arrows, text and a ruler, right where you'd expect them • The symbols you actually use: revision clouds, RFI pins, callouts, doors and windows • Blank templates from A0 to A4 • Simple export to PDF ON SITE, AT THE DESK, OR IN THE BASEMENT Mark up your drawings offline.
