Every label looks fine on its own. Ceiling adds up all of your supplements and shows when a nutrient goes over the upper limit. No account, works offline. Each supplement label looks fine on its own. But when the same nutrient is in your multivitamin, your vitamin D and your calcium, the total can go over the upper limit. Ceiling adds it up for you. HOW IT WORKS • Scan the barcode. Ceiling looks it up in the built-in NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (over 95,000 products with barcodes). • No barcode or not found? Take a photo of the Supplement Facts label. It is read on your iPhone, and you check every amount before adding. • Ceiling adds up every nutrient across all your products and compares each total with the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for your sex, age, pregnancy or breastfeeding. WHAT YOU SEE • One chart with every nutrient against the same ceiling line, so what is over stands out at a glance. • For each nutrient: the total, the limit, how much each product adds, and the source. • Check before you buy: scan a bottle in the store and see what would change if you added it. • A daily check-off with a reminder, plus Home and Lock Screen widgets. HONEST BY DESIGN • Every number has a source: NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and the National Academies (Dietary Reference Intakes). • No scores, no grades, no affiliate links, nothing to sell you. • No account. Your supplements and profile stay on your iPhone. No analytics, no ads, no tracking. • English, Korean and Spanish. CEILING PLUS Free: up to 3 supplements and one check before you buy. Ceiling Plus unlocks unlimited supplements and checking any bottle before you buy. • Yearly with a 7-day free trial, or monthly. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Not medical advice. Ceiling adds up label amounts and compares them with published limits; it does not diagnose or treat anything. For some nutrients the upper limit includes food, which Ceiling does not count. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your supplements. Terms of Use: https://ceiling-1s2.pages.dev/terms/ Privacy Policy: https://ceiling-1s2.pages.dev/privacy/
