Build a push-up habit with Gob: a plan at your level, automatic camera counting and rewards that make every completed training day feel good. Build your push-up habit with a plan at your level, automatic camera counting and Gob by your side. Optional app blocking helps you start before you scroll. START AT YOUR LEVEL Choose floor, knee or wall push-ups, tell Gob where you are now and set your goal. Follow a manageable plan, record how the effort felt and build your routine at your own pace. YOU PUSH UP. GOB COUNTS. The front camera automatically counts floor and knee push-ups, with voice feedback. Put your iPhone on the floor under your face or support it at a distance with your body in view. Wall push-ups use manual recording. Camera counting follows movement; it does not assess technique. YOUR WORKOUT FIRST. THEN YOUR FEED. Need a little help starting? Make an optional Pact with Gob. Choose distracting apps and a time window: on training days, they wait until your camera-counted plan is complete or the window ends. You can stop control at any time. SMALL STEPS, REAL PROGRESS See your workout history and goal progress. Completed training days add sparks to your fire and unlock things for your cozy corner. Rest never takes away earned rewards. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account and no ads. Camera frames are processed on your iPhone, never recorded or uploaded. Export your workout history and backup when you need them. GO GOB! PRO Full access is free for 7 days from your first workout, without subscribing or automatic charges. After the week, choose a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, to start new workouts and use the optional Pact. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account. History, rewards, export and stopping control remain available after free or paid access ends. Start at your level. Gob’s got you.
