LOG YOUR WAY Search the bundled offline food catalogue, save custom foods and recipes, or describe a meal in Quick Log. Review matched foods and portions before adding them to your diary. Apple Intelligence can assist on supported devices; basic meal parsing is available when it is not. SCAN AND REVIEW Look up barcodes through Open Food Facts or read a nutrition label using the camera, Photos or Files. Check the details before logging. Online product lookup requires an internet connection. SEE YOUR DAY Follow calories and macros, log water and weight, and explore your history and trends. Set goals that suit your routine. Home Screen widgets offer a quick view of your day. ON YOUR WRIST See your calorie and macro summary, log water and follow a fast on Apple Watch. Sync with your paired iPhone; some actions require an active connection. APPLE HEALTH, IF YOU CHOOSE Connect Apple Health to read active energy and body information, and save the food, water and weight you choose to log. Control permissions and whether exercise affects your calorie budget. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA No Califitra account, ads or analytics. Your diary is stored on your device. Export it as CSV or create a JSON backup. Restore your data or import a supported MyFitnessPal Nutrition Summary file with a preview and duplicate detection. Open Food Facts receives the searches, product identifiers and optional contributions you send to it. Your Health data is not sent there. Diagnostics leave your device only when you choose to share them. Apple Intelligence availability depends on device, language and system settings. Califitra supports general wellness.
