CAPTURE A THOUGHT BEFORE IT FADES
• Record a new note or add to an existing one. Pause and resume; each recording can run up to 4 hours.
• Transcribe in 40+ languages, or let the app detect the language.
• Personal vocabulary helps spell names and terms your way.
• Keep recordings until you delete them, for 30 days, or not at all.
Not included: audio file import and speaker labels.
DICTATE INTO OTHER APPS
The optional VoiceSnap keyboard lets you dictate into text fields in other apps. Basic typing works without Full Access: letters A to Z, period, space, delete, and return (no numbers, symbols, or autocorrect). Voice dictation needs Full Access and a keyboard session you start in VoiceSnap Pro first. Then, in another app's text field, switch to the VoiceSnap keyboard, tap the mic, and tap again to stop; the transcribed text is inserted.
Each dictation can last up to 5 minutes. A session ends after 5 idle minutes, or sooner if, for example, you end it, record a note, or get a call. During a session, the microphone stays on, but audio between dictations is discarded and dictation audio isn't saved. Dictation text history stays on your iPhone, and the keyboard doesn't read text around your cursor.
FROM RAMBLE TO DRAFT
Run an AI action on a whole note or a selection: Rewrite, Summarize, Fix grammar & spelling, Make shorter, Turn into bullet points, Extract action items, or Translate. Then use the result to replace the text, insert it below, save it as a new note, or copy it. Write up to 30 actions of your own.
AI changes your words only when you ask, and each note keeps its last 50 versions so you can go back. By default, the app also titles new notes, adds tags you already use, and spots reminders in what you said; you can turn each one off.
FIND IT AGAIN
Folders, colored tags, pins, search, and filters keep things in order. Recover deleted notes from Trash within 30 days, set one-time or repeating reminders, and export to Markdown.

Sign in to the VoiceSnap desktop app to see your notes, folders, and tags. Your notes sync through your VoiceSnap account (not iCloud), on up to 3 signed-in devices across phone and desktop.

PRIVACY, PLAINLY
Cloud transcription and AI services process your voice and text. Transcription, AI, and sync need internet access. Your audio, transcripts, and notes aren't used to train AI models. A 4-digit PIN hides the contents of notes you lock; it's a privacy screen, not encryption. The Privacy Policy has the details.
ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
An account is required. New accounts get a one-time free allowance: 20 transcription minutes (dictation included), 50 AI actions, and up to 20 notes at a time outside Trash. The minutes and AI actions never reset; when they run out, your notes stay readable, editable, and exportable.
Optional auto-renewing subscriptions, VoiceSnap Pro Monthly and VoiceSnap Pro Yearly, remove the allowance limits for transcription, AI actions, and notes. Fair-use limits apply, such as a daily cap on AI actions. There's no trial.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
