Free · In‑App Purchases
No subscription, buy once. Pick today's top 4, place them on a 30-minute timeline, and close the day in one line. No account, no AI, all on your device. 21 days free.
Your to-do list keeps growing, but when will you actually do it?
Alloday is a daily planner that turns to-dos into time.
■ Today's top 4
Choose the four things that matter most. Set how long each takes and Alloday finds a free slot for it.
■ 30-minute time blocks
Place blocks on your schedule, then drag to move or resize. A live "now" line and a Now/Next bar keep you on track.
■ Quick Add in plain words
Type "Design review tomorrow 3pm for 1 hour" and Alloday understands the date and time. Works in English, Korean and Japanese.
■ Works with your calendar
See Apple Calendar events (including connected Google calendars) right on your schedule, create or move events without leaving the app, and choose which calendars to show.
■ Thought Inbox
Capture ideas the moment they appear, then send them to your priorities or schedule when you're ready. Save straight from the Share button in other apps, or import from Apple Reminders.
■ Lock Screen, widgets and Siri
See your current block and time left on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and check today's plan with iPhone and Mac widgets. Use Siri and Shortcuts — "Add a thought in Alloday."
■ Daily wrap-up & weekly/monthly reviews
A mood and one line are enough. Rotating prompts, gentle streaks and a weekly "what went well" keep you going.
■ Mac, iPhone and iPad, in sync with iCloud
Plan on the big screen, check in on the go. Changes sync between your devices through iCloud, and one purchase unlocks every device.
■ Private by design
No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your records stay on your devices and in your own iCloud — the developer never sees them. Export a backup anytime.
Try everything free for 21 days. After the trial your records stay readable, and a single one-time purchase — no subscription — keeps you planning.

A calmer Today, and a schedule that adjusts itself when the day doesn't go to plan.
A new Today
• A quiet, paper-like Today: priorities and your schedule at a glance. Scroll the schedule and the top folds away.
• Settings now has its own tab, with Light and Dark appearance options.
• The current block shows "In progress · minutes left", and you can see when your remaining blocks will finish.
When plans change
• Get a reminder 5 minutes before a block ends (Settings). Tap "+30 min" and the rest of your day moves along.
• Finish early and tap "Free the remaining time" to get it back.
• Past unfinished blocks fade, and you can reschedule them in one go.
• Place priorities at a suggested time, with a faint preview of where they'd fit.
Small things that connect your days
• Turn last night's "Tomorrow's focus" into a priority in one tap.
• Unfinished priorities from yesterday carry over to today.
• Priorities carried for three days or more can go back to your inbox, or "Make it smaller" into a first step.
• See how you wrapped up the day a month, 100 days or a year ago.
• Share a day or a month as a beautiful image card (titles can be hidden).
Calendar & widgets
• Bring a calendar event into Alloday to add a checklist and tags.
• New switch to add time blocks to Calendar automatically. Adding Quick Add blocks to Calendar is now turned on in Settings → Calendar.
• Complete the current block right from the widget (Live Activity updates too).
• Alloday tells you when your time zone changes and only moves calendar times if you ask.
Also
• Open links in blocks, checklists and thoughts directly.
• Your break time now shows softly on the schedule.
• Frequent blocks suggest their usual tag and length.
• Due dates (D-day) in the Thought Inbox; notes stay when you move a thought to priorities.
• Turn off and manage repeating blocks on iPhone.
• Explore a sample day, and "Take a look" at features from the Feature Tour.
Fixes
• Safer iCloud sync: Alloday asks before merging when your iCloud account changes, and deleting or restoring with sync off no longer affects your other devices.
• Changing the day start time keeps blocks at the same time.
• Snoozed reminders no longer disappear, and times no longer shift by an hour on daylight-saving days.
• Blocks follow events you move in Calendar, and blocks added on another device are recognized.
• Quick Add understands more phrases ("9 to 12", "an hour and a half", "this weekend", "#tag", "every Monday" and more).
• Many smaller fixes.
