Jellim is a stress tracker that shows your stress as jellies in a clear cup. The color is the kind of stress and the size is how heavy it feels, so you can see at a glance how full your cup is and notice before it overflows.
■ Add a jelly
Tap + and pick the kind (Work, People, Love, Tiredness, Money, Other) and the size, from small to extra large. The jelly drops in and settles on the pile.
■ Ease
Feeling better? Tap Ease and choose what eased up and by how much. The jellies melt and you get room back. You can also note what helped, like sleeping well, exercising or talking to someone.
■ Records
Tap the % to see how full your cup was by week, month and year, what went in, and what helped.
■ Jellies that feel real
Translucent, glossy and wobbly. Touch a jelly and it jiggles; shake your iPhone and the whole cup wobbles.
■ Also
• Choose a tumbler or a tall glass. Switch, and the jellies move over to the new cup
• Dark mode, with an automatic option

All of your records stay on your device. No account, no ads.

Plus is available as a yearly auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, and supports Family Sharing.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The yearly plan renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in the App Store under Manage Subscriptions.
Jellim is a way to see your stress, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
