YOUR LAB IS YOUR STRATEGY
• 42 base pathogens in 7 families: viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites, prions, bio-synthetic agents and worms.
• Build your genome gene by gene, discover synergies and keep your best strains.
• Every family plays differently: prions spread slowly but stay almost undetectable, fungi depend on the climate, parasites travel with their vectors, worms are very hard to cure.
MUTATIONS YOU CHOOSE
• Mid-run, pick 1 mutation out of 3: no lottery, real decisions.
• Your strain's genes unlock active abilities on the map, such as dormancy or host jumps.

• Every strain you release leaves a mark: the world recognises the family and reacts faster next time.
• Borders that close gradually, countries in panic, riots or collapse, news that reacts to your choices. The game always shows you why.

• Planet view: the map is now shown as a planet seen from orbit, and every game ends on a planet turning red region by region.
• Weekly challenge: the same run for every player, with a special rule and its own leaderboard.
• A more strategic pace: time runs slower, so every decision matters more.
• Every family has its signature: virus drift, bacterial antibiotic resistance, fungal spores, the parasites' rainy season, silent prion incubation…
• A livelier map: convoys on the roads, borders closing, smugglers slipping through anyway.
• Interface redesigned for phones: bigger text, full-screen pathogen sheet, reorganised lab and map, full-height mutations drawer, and a guided first game.
• Many fixes and improvements.
