The school is in lockdown. Principal Himuro opens the old US Army depot in the basement and hands you an M60. The zombies are already at the gate.
HOLD THE ROOF
Drag anywhere on the screen to aim. The machine gun fires while your finger is down. Zombies that make it across the yard hit Ms. Kurata's electric fence and fall apart into a pile of ash. The fence can only take so much, though.
RECRUIT NINE SCHOOL CLUBS
Each club joins with its own weapon. The Freshman found a pistol in the storage room. The Rifle Club and the Student Council VP bring rifles, Sukeban brings a shotgun, the Kyudo Club a bow. The Chemistry Club has a flamethrower, the Astronomy Club snipes, the Softball Club pitches grenades and the Robotics Club sends drones. The clubs shoot on their own, so the yard keeps fighting while you pick the next upgrade.
FEED THE HORDE
Every zombie drops DNA in one of five colors. You spend it on 112 upgrades, and some of them make the zombies stronger. Tougher zombies drop more DNA, and the next branch of the tree needs it. Thirteen kinds walk in through the gate: Salaryman, Obaa-san, School Nurse, Sumo, K-pop Trainee, Lunch Lady, Glow-stick Otaku and, last of all, the Giant Mascot. Nobody hug it.
RING THE BELL
When you're ready, the bell starts a Period. Survive until the last chime. If too many zombies reach the fence, it overloads the school's power grid and the lights go out. Win, and new branches of the tree open. There are five Periods.
CATCH THE BENTO DRONE
Every few minutes a Robotics Club drone with a bento box flies over the yard. Shoot it down or tap it for 30 seconds of double DNA, double fire rate or slow zombies.
