Fixerlane is one app for home services: homeowners find and hire trusted local pros, and home-service businesses run their whole day — scheduling, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments — from their phone.
FOR HOMEOWNERS
• Find local pros for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping and lawn care, roofing, painting, handyman work, pest control, pool service, moving and more.
• Businesses that run on Fixerlane are shown first, with verified badges and genuine Fixerlane reviews.
• Request a quote, book online where a pro offers it, or post a job once and let nearby pros send you offers to compare.
• Your contact details stay private until you hire a pro. Until then you talk through Fixerlane messages.
• Approve quotes with your signature, pay invoices and deposits by card or bank in the app, and keep every quote, invoice and receipt in one place.
• Track upcoming visits, reschedule or cancel within the business's rules, and leave a review when the work is done.
• Free for homeowners.
FOR HOME-SERVICE PROS
Field service management built for plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, cleaners, landscapers, roofers, painters, handymen and contractors.
• Schedule and dispatch: day, week, list and map views for your whole team, drag-and-drop rescheduling, recurring jobs, and an "optimise my day" stop order.
• Quotes and estimates: line items from your price book, good-better-best options, deposits, change orders and e-signatures your clients draw on screen.
• Invoicing and payments: progress invoices, tips, refunds and receipts. Take card and bank (ACH) payments through Stripe — 0% Fixerlane fee on card payments.
• Price book starter packs for 34 trades, with researched starting prices you can edit.
• Time tracking: clock in and out, timesheets, mileage and a payroll export.
• Clients and leads: a simple CRM with properties, notes, photos, files and in-app messaging. New leads and job posts near you arrive in the app.
• Works offline: your schedule, clients and jobs are saved on the phone and sync when you have signal.
• Checklists, client sign-off, equipment records, expenses with emailed receipts, service agreements and 18 reports that export to CSV.
• Fixerlane AI: ask about your business or have it draft quotes, jobs and invoices by voice or text. Nothing is created or sent until you confirm.
PLANS
Being listed on Fixerlane, receiving leads and replying to them are free. The business tools come with a 14-day free trial, then a plan sized to your team: Fixerlane (up to 10 people), Fixerlane Team (up to 25) or Fixerlane Business (up to 50). Fixerlane AI is an optional add-on with monthly AI credits. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
