Spool is an audiobook player for people who own their books. Drop in M4B or MP3 files, connect your Audiobookshelf or Jellyfin server, and everything lands in one library. No store. No subscription to read what's already yours. ONE LIBRARY FOR EVERYTHING YOU OWN • Audiobookshelf — progress and bookmarks sync with your server and every other client • Jellyfin — books split into one file per chapter are put back together automatically • Your own files — import M4B and MP3 from Files, AirDrop or Mail, with chapters and cover art read from the file • LibriVox — thousands of free public-domain audiobooks, no account needed CONNECTING IS EASY • Type your server's address — or pick it from the servers spool finds on your network • spool works out the server type, port and https for you • Jellyfin Quick Connect: approve a code instead of typing a password BUILT FOR LONG LISTENS • Chapters, with a scrubber that spans the chapter you're in and a list that shows what you've played • Speed from 0.5× to 3× in fine steps — remembered for each book, because every narrator is different • Sleep timer: by the minute with a gentle fade, or at the end of the chapter.
