Walk the job, snap each item that needs fixing, mark it up, and send every subcontractor their own PDF — in English or Spanish. Then re-walk and close items one by one. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • One PDF per sub: each trade gets only their open items, in the language set on their card (English or Spanish) • Re-walks with dates: closed, not closed or skipped — each item keeps its history from identified to closed • Markup right after the shot: bold red arrows, circles, boxes, freehand and text HOW IT WORKS 1.
