Resolve هو تطبيق الدعم الفني من هاي سولف، يربط العملاء بفريق الدعم في مكان واحد.
للعملاء:
• افتح تذكرة دعم جديدة واختر المشروع والأولوية.
• تابع حالة كل تذكرة: مفتوحة، قيد التنفيذ، تم الحل، أو مغلقة.
• تواصل مع فريق الدعم داخل التذكرة بالنص والصور والملفات والرسائل الصوتية.
• استلم إشعارًا فوريًا عند كل رد أو تغيير في الحالة.
• أعد فتح التذكرة أو قيّم الخدمة بعد إغلاقها.
لفريق العمل ومديري المشاريع:
• لوحة متابعة بأعداد التذاكر المفتوحة والمغلقة والجديدة وغير المعيّنة.
• فلترة التذاكر حسب الحالة والأولوية والمشروع والمرحلة والموظف المعيّن والتاريخ.
• تغيير الحالة وتعيين التذكرة لموظف وإضافة ملاحظات داخلية لا يراها العميل.
• سجل كامل لكل ما حدث على التذكرة.
• تصدير التذاكر إلى ملف CSV.
مميزات أخرى:
• يعمل دون اتصال: تُحفظ آخر البيانات على الجهاز، وتُرسل الردود تلقائيًا عند عودة الاتصال.
• يدعم العربية والإنجليزية والوضع الليلي.
يتطلب حسابًا من شركتك على نظام Resolve.
