Sign in with your workspace and the app shows the controls, metrics and reports that match how you actually run the building. WHAT NEEV DOES • Projected monthly bill: see your bill forecast in rupees, broken down by energy, demand, FAC, duty and wheeling, so there are no billing-day surprises. Localised to your DISCOM. • Room-wise and zone-wise controls: turn air conditioners, lights and relays on or off, set HVAC schedules, manage occupancy with a tap. Offline devices are called out clearly. • Asset health per machine: Neev watches every circuit for power factor, THD, imbalance and voltage swings. Action, Watch and Healthy tiers tell you what to fix first and how many rupees per month each issue is costing. • Rules: see and toggle the automation rules Neev runs for your site. • Approvals queue: authorise set-point changes and critical control actions from your phone, with a full audit trail. • Ask Neev: a built-in AI assistant that answers plain-English questions about your building. • QR device onboarding: scan the code on a Neev device to add it to your site. Manual code entry also available. • Smart alerts: push notifications for anomalies, device-offline events, tariff risks and pending approvals. • Activity log: every control action, who performed it, and when. BUILT FOR INDIAN BUILDINGS Neev understands Indian tariff structures, Time-of-Day slabs, demand charges, wheeling, FAC and electricity duty. Projections are matched to your DISCOM's slabs and checked against paper bills.
