SPECIAL EVENT
Halloween by Moonlight
A big moon rises over misty hills as bats flit past. Part of Pro and the trial, open to everyone on October 31.
Sunwake: Sunrise Alarm Clock
Gentle Sunrise Light, Sunset
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Now on the App Store: a sunset at bedtime, a sunrise before your alarm. The Halloween world is here until November 1, free for everyone on the evening of October 31.
Sunwake turns your iPhone into a sunrise alarm clock. Before your alarm, the sun slowly rises in an illustrated world and the screen keeps getting brighter.
In the evening a sunset fades slowly to black, and the screen stays dark all night.
Free with the Sea world. Sunwake Pro adds more worlds and the real sky, as a subscription or Lifetime.
HOW IT WORKS
• Set up your alarms as usual: time, weekdays and label. Each alarm has its own world, its own sunset (off, 10, 20 or 30 minutes) and its own sunrise (up to 60 minutes).
• Alarms that are on always ring, even without “Good night”.
• In the evening, stand your iPhone sideways on the charger next to your bed and tap “Good night”. This starts sunset, night and sunrise for your next alarm within the next 24 hours.
• “Good night” also works with Siri (“Good night with Sunwake”), in the Shortcuts app or as a control in Control Center.
• At night you see stars, now and then a shooting star, the moon and a faint red clock in retro LED style.
• At your wake time the screen reaches full brightness and your alarm rings, even if the app was closed during the night.
• No charger? Then “Good night” offers the “Battery night”: screen off, your alarm rings as always, and “Light on” on the Lock Screen starts the sunrise.
• Want to see it first? On “See the worlds” (Pro worlds too), tap a world for a whole night in 20 seconds, then swipe to the next one.
FREE
• Several alarms with weekdays and 11 alarm tones
• Sunset, starry night with the real moon phase, and sunrise
• The Sea world with dolphins and birds in the morning
• Widgets for the Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy: your next alarm and when the light begins, on the Home Screen with a still image of its world, in StandBy in red
• On Christmas Eve a reindeer sleigh crosses the sky in every world, with soft snow
SUNWAKE PRO
• All worlds: Dunes with a camel caravan, Mountains with snowy peaks and a grazing deer, New York by the river, Northern Lights, a fjord with a green aurora in the evening sky and a moose in the morning, Salt Flats, a salt lake mirroring the sky, with wading flamingos, and Sea of Clouds, snowy peaks above soft clouds, with alpine choughs. If new worlds are added, they are included at no extra cost.
• Event worlds in their season: Halloween from October 24 to November 1, Christmas from December 1 to 26, and Snowy Hill from December to February. On October 31 Halloween is free for everyone, on December 24 Christmas.
• Real sky: rain, snow, clouds and fog in your morning scene, matching the weather where you live or in a city you choose. The moon rises and sets there at its real times, and Mountains and Sea follow the season.
• The weather only changes the scene, never the screen brightness.
SUBSCRIPTION OR LIFETIME
Sunwake Pro comes as a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, a quarterly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or after the 7 days for the yearly plan with a trial. Subscriptions renew automatically, including after the free trial, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel them in your Apple Account settings, and change your plan in Sunwake's settings. Without Pro, the real sky and every world except Sea are locked, and your alarms carry on with Sea.
PRIVACY
No account, no ads, no tracking. For the real sky, Sunwake uses your approximate location or a city you choose, only for the weather, moon times and season in the scene. Without either, the sky stays clear and your alarms still ring.
GOOD TO KNOW
• For the sunrise to come by itself, keep Sunwake open at night and don't lock your iPhone. iOS doesn't let apps turn the screen on by themselves. Your alarms ring either way.
• Requires iOS 26.1 or later.

• Two new Pro worlds: Salt Flats, a still salt lake that mirrors the sky, with flamingos wading at a pink dawn, and Sea of Clouds, snowy peaks above soft clouds, gold and pink at dusk, with alpine choughs circling in the morning.
• Widgets for the Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy: your next alarm, when the light begins and, on the Home Screen, a still image of its world.
• “See the worlds”: tap a world for a whole night in 20 seconds, then swipe to the next one. “Use for my alarm” assigns the world to your alarm. Locked worlds open the Sunwake Pro purchase page.
• “Good night” with Siri, in the Shortcuts app or from Control Center.
• Sunrise up to 60 minutes.
• “Battery night” without a charger: screen off, your alarm rings as always, and “Light on” on the Lock Screen starts the sunrise.
