Lift Your Eyes turns the moments you reach for your phone into Scripture you keep. You choose the apps that pull you in. When you open one, a short verse review comes first. Answer it, and your apps open for a while. Over days and weeks, the verses stay with you.
HOW IT WORKS
- Choose the apps and websites that take your time, in Apple's own Screen Time picker.
- Pause them all day, or between hours you set.
- When you open a paused app, tap "Review a verse." A notification brings you straight to your review.
- Review the verse in 20 to 40 seconds. Then your apps open for 15, 30 or 60 minutes, your choice. When the time is up, they pause again on their own.
MEMORIZATION THAT STICKS
- One new verse a day, from the set you choose.
- Three steps to knowing a verse by heart: fill in the missing word, recall it from the first letters, then say it from the reference alone.
- Spaced review brings each verse back right before you would forget it.
- Missed a word? You see the whole verse, read it once more, and your apps still open. Nobody gets stuck.
- Your home screen shows every verse you have learned.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings, or from Settings in the app. We remind you a day before your trial ends. No ads, no weekly plans, no surprise charges.
Without a subscription, Lift Your Eyes does not pause any apps.
