Photograph your target: V-Range finds the hits and counts the rings. New: the ISSF precision target, the NRA B-8 with X count, and 110 disciplines from four countries. V-Range turns a photo of your paper target into a training result. Photograph the target after your series or pick a photo from your library. V-Range finds the bullet holes, lays the target's rings over them and calculates the score. You go through every hit, move, add or delete it, and only then does the result count. Your original photo stays untouched. Where holes overlap, the app doesn't invent extra shots. Every target goes into your training log, sorted by training day. Notes and tags record what you worked on, and each training day gives you a PDF report. V-Range remembers discipline, firearm, distance and shot count as a target type. Next time you just take the photo. The analysis shows your score, group size and where your hits sit, plus a heatmap and the 95% circle. Statistics follow your average ring, your spread and how much you train over time, separately per discipline and firearm. Only comparable results are compared: same discipline, distance and conditions. Start a group for your club or training circle and invite people with a link. The leaderboard shows the week, the month or all time, by score, group size or activity. In duels you compete 1:1, 2:2 or 3:3 over several weeks, and you can challenge members of your group directly. Only your score and hit pattern are shared, never photos or notes. The catalogue covers 110 disciplines from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA, plus your own. Photo scoring is available for four targets: the 25 m precision target (BDS No. 9), the ISSF precision target with its all-black centre (DSB No. 4, BDS Z 5, BDMP B.11.1, SSV PP10, ÖSB), the NRA B-8 at 25 yd and the 10 m air pistol target. On the B-8, your score includes the X count, as in 95-2X. You enter every other discipline by hand with its score and, if you like, the group size, and it counts the same in your log, statistics and leaderboards. Your photos and your training log stay on your iPhone, and the analysis runs on the device. You sign in once with Apple or Google; the account connects you with groups and duels. Scores are a training aid and don't replace official scoring. Results in groups and duels are self-reviewed, not official competition results. Federation names only identify targets and disciplines; V-Range is not affiliated with any federation.

The tab bar sits lower, as close to the bottom edge as in other apps, and dark screens no longer show a light strip at the bottom. The status bar area takes the colour of the screen, also above open sheets. The crop handles are larger and easier to grab, and the edges can be dragged too. When you check hits and rings, the photo now fits its frame completely, also on small screens such as the iPhone SE. Support for iPhone Duo, on the outer display and unfolded. The English version no longer shows German words in a few places, such as Weiter in the first-start setup.
