Up to four friends, one ticking boombox. Lights Out can't see colours, Tuned Out can't hear, On Mute can't talk. Shout, mime and guess your way to the last wire. DJ Detonator has hidden bombs in boomboxes at the worst possible parties, and only your squad can defuse them. Kaboombox is a same-room party game for 2 to 4 players, each on their own iPhone or iPad. Every agent is missing one sense, so the only way to win is a frantic chain of shouting, miming and guessing before the beat drops. MEET THE PARTY PATROL - Lights Out holds the boombox but only sees grey shapes. They touch it, and say out loud what they see and feel. - Tuned Out sees every colour but can't hear a thing over the party noise in their headphones. - On Mute has the defusal manual but can't talk. They listen, look it up, and mime the answer. - With four players, one On Mute might be the Off-Key: a hidden traitor with a fake manual. Catch them before they blow the party. 24 PUZZLES Cut speaker wires, crack cassette codes, set the EQ, feel the bass drop, click the volume knob with your phone's real volume buttons, blow on overheating valves, shake to rewind a tape, scratch a record, cover the mic on the beat, flip the phone face down, and plenty more. Every bomb is different, so the manual has to be read, not memorised. 13 PARTIES TO SAVE The Wedding, Karaoke Night, Grandma's 90th, the School Disco, a Silent Disco, New Year's Eve, a Gamer LAN Final, a Festival Main Stage, a Gender Reveal, a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, a Hen/Stag Do, Halloween and the Office Christmas Party. Five bombs each, with music that gets more frantic as the clock runs down, and gold, silver or bronze records for saving the party.
