Record legal work, review your time ledger, export clear time sheets, and choose private iCloud backup for recovery. The Billable gives individual lawyers a clear place to record their working time. Enter a matter, describe the work, add optional notes and task/activity codes, then save the time worked. Start a timer when that fits the task, or enter hours directly or as a start–end range. A LEDGER YOU CAN CHECK Review entries by date, open a month to see its time history, and keep daily and monthly totals in view. Open any entry to make a correction, and mark it when it has been entered into your firm’s timecard. The app tracks time, not billing rates or dollar amounts. KEEP YOUR GOALS IN VIEW Set monthly and annual hour goals. Add billable hours worked earlier in the current year to your annual starting total, or do it later in Settings. Progress shows the exact amount remaining or how far you have exceeded a goal; monthly progress still reflects saved entries alone. TAKE YOUR RECORDS WITH YOU Export selected weeks, months, years, or all time as CSV, Excel, PDF, or Word time sheets. Exports include matter, work description, notes, task/activity codes, time, and timecard status; annual and all-time files also label earlier annual hours separately from entries. Use the iOS share sheet to save or send a file where you choose. PRIVATE RECOVERY, BY CHOICE Turn on automatic iCloud backup if you want a recoverable copy in your private iCloud storage. Review a backup before restoring it. Time entry and local records work without an iCloud account or network connection. The Billable is a personal time-recording tool. It does not submit time to a firm, generate invoices, or calculate fees. Follow your employer’s and clients’ rules for storing confidential information and transferring time records.
