Alquilímetro works out rent adjustments for leases in Argentina using the official indices, and reminds you before each increase. The app itself is in Spanish. REMINDERS Save each lease with a nickname and get a notification 7 days before every adjustment. WORKS OFFLINE The indices are stored on your phone, labelled with the date they were last updated. CHECK AN INCREASE Enter the amount you were asked to pay and compare it with the figure from the official index. EVERY COMMON INDEX ICL, UVA and CER (Central Bank of Argentina), CPI, wages and wholesale prices (INDEC), the blue, official and MEP dollar, or a fixed percentage. Monthly, quarterly, every four months, half-yearly, yearly or any custom period. CHECKED DATA Each index comes from its official publisher and is cross-checked against a second source before it reaches the app. RENT IN DOLLARS See what a dollar rent is in pesos today and how it moved month by month.
