Convivi brings together everything people living together need: what's in the pantry, who's cooking, who paid for what, whose turn it is to clean and which bin goes out. The Household's data is shared between all roommates and updates on every iPhone.
PANTRY
- Track food in the pantry, fridge and freezer, with batches and expiry dates.
- Food closest to its expiry date is used first.
- Mark what you froze, and never refreeze food that was thawed by mistake.
- Shared shopping list; add depleted foods back with one tap.
MEALS
- Plan lunches and dinners, choose who cooks and who joins.
- When you cook, the ingredients are deducted from the pantry.
- Cooked by mistake? Undo the meal and the quantities go back.
- On compatible iPhones, Apple Intelligence can suggest a recipe from what's in your pantry, prioritizing food about to expire. It is optional and runs on your iPhone.
EXPENSES
- Log shared expenses and split them equally, by amounts, percentages or shares.
- See who owes whom, with debts simplified to the fewest payments.
- Record repayments, use custom categories and view statistics.
- Take a photo of the receipt: the text is read on your iPhone.
CHORES AND RECYCLING
- Recycling calendar with duties, set-out times and exceptions.
- Cleaning areas with rotation between roommates, showing which ones are most neglected.
- Widgets for recycling and food about to expire at a glance.
SHARED CREDENTIALS
- Household Wi-Fi and subscriptions in one place, with cost and renewal reminders.
- Passwords are shown and copied only after Face ID or passcode.
REMINDERS
- Local notifications for expiry dates, recycling, thawing and duties.
- An activity feed shows what your roommates have done.
PRIVACY
- No proprietary server, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.
- Data lives in the iCloud of whoever creates the Household and is shared with invited roommates through iCloud sharing.
- You can export all Household data at any time.
REQUIREMENTS
- iPhone running iOS 26 or later.
- Every roommate needs an active iCloud account on their iPhone.
- Sync takes a few seconds, but it is not instant like a chat.
- If the Household creator stops sharing or deletes it, the others lose access: use "Export data" from time to time.
- Recipe suggestions require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence.
