Move Box Manifest connects moving-box contents to private printable QR labels, first-night essentials and arrival checkpoints. Your inventory stays local unless you choose to export it. PLAN AND PACK Create moves with origin and destination rooms. Give boxes short IDs, list contents, add selected original photos and flag first-night essentials. FIND THE RIGHT BOX Search items, box IDs and rooms. Scan an owned QR label or choose a label image to open its local contents. Camera unavailable? Search the printed ID. Scanning never records an arrival by itself. CHECK WHAT ARRIVED Record packed, loaded, arrived and unpacked checkpoints. Review every affected box before a bulk change. See loaded boxes with no effective arrival or unpacking confirmation. Correct mistakes with a reason while preserving original history. PRINT AND SHARE DELIBERATELY Preview private QR labels on US Letter or A4 sheets. Each QR contains only an app identifier and opaque box UUID. Optional printed room and essential text is separate. Create a manifest with the fields and photos you choose. BACK UP BEFORE MOVING DAY Export a full backup with records, original photos, settings and checkpoint history. Restore preserves UUIDs so printed labels work again. Copy imports create new identities and require new labels. A label alone cannot recover contents. One paid download includes every feature. No account, ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. No developer-operated sync or public QR lookup. Requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or later. Camera scanning depends on device availability. Plain-paper labels require checking printer scaling; adhesive-stock fit is not guaranteed. Checkpoint records are a personal checklist, not live location tracking or proof a box is lost. Supported capacity: 200 moves, 10,000 boxes, 50,000 items and 48 MiB of original photos total, up to 12 MiB per photo. Support links and chosen online export destinations may need connectivity.
