歡樂釣蝦場是一款以台灣室內釣蝦場為主題的像素風經營模擬遊戲。
從一間小型釣蝦場開始經營，安排釣位、補充蝦池、準備餌料與釣具，迎接一批又一批前來釣蝦的客人。客人會自行排隊、付款、尋找座位、拋竿、等待咬餌、拉竿，甚至把釣到的蝦帶去烤蝦區享用。
遊戲中，你需要管理蝦池的蝦量、水質與設備狀態。蝦池中的蝦並不是無限的，客人每釣走一隻，庫存就會實際減少。安排補蝦人員定時放蝦、維修設備並保持良好的營運狀態，才能讓客人持續有良好的釣蝦體驗。
不同客人也有不同特色。新手可能經常脫鉤，高手則可能快速消耗池內蝦量；還可能遇到情侶、家庭、學生、網紅及特殊高手。客人的等待時間、釣況、水質、餐飲與服務品質，都會影響心情及店鋪評價。
