A32X Descent – descent planning and follow-up for the Airbus A320 family (A318, A319, A320, A321).
Set your cruise data (Mach, flight level, descent speed, wind) and landing data (gross weight, QNH, intermediate fix altitude, airport elevation). A32X Descent instantly calculates an optimum idle descent profile:
- Top of descent (TOD) distance
- Mach/speed crossover level
- Speed reduction to 250 kt and 210 kt
- FL100 and 10,000 ft crossing points with QNH correction
- Altitude check on the intermediate approach
- Descent gradients in degrees and ft/NM for every segment
- Track miles table D150 to D40 – the flight level you should be at, to monitor your descent
Designed by an A320 pilot for a fuel-saving continuous descent. Built-in brightness control for day and night use in the cockpit.
