You've been to this mall before, but which entrance had the open parking spots?
What was good at that restaurant? Which level was the family parking on?
When you finally return, you can't remember.
hobo code shows you the memo you left at a place when you return to that place.
HOW IT WORKS
1. At the place, tap + and write a short memo. Add a photo if you like.
2. If you saved a place nearby, pick it and add to it. Memos you leave in the same building gather in one place.
3. When you get near a place with alerts on, you get an arrival alert.
GOOD FOR MEMOS LIKE
· "Enter through Entrance B for more spots" + a photo of the entrance
· "For two: one small hot pot + fried rice"
· "Level B2, east side is next to the elevator"
A SIGN FOR EACH MEMO
Pick one of 16 signs for each memo. On the map and in your Library, the signs tell your memos apart at a glance.
ALERTS
· Turn alerts on or off for each place.
· Choose an alert radius from 50 m to 500 m (160 ft to 1,640 ft where distances are shown in feet).
· To get arrival alerts, allow location access "Always." The app keeps checking your location, so it may use a little more battery.
YOUR MEMOS ARE YOURS ALONE
There is no way to share your memos or make them public.
The name hobo code comes from signs that traveling workers in 1930s America are said to have chalked on walls for whoever came next. This time, you leave them for the next you.
