Take over one of 365 fictional programs across 31 conferences, build your roster through recruiting, NIL and the transfer portal, set the game plan, and chase a national title. Then do it again, season after season. CREATE YOUR COACH Pick a background (Offensive Guru, Defensive Mind, Ace Recruiter, Developer, Talent Evaluator or Balanced), spread your points across six coaching skills, and choose the states where you have recruiting ties. Win and you level up. Lose too often and you may be fired, but other schools will call. RECRUIT THE NATION Eight high school sessions, Signing Day, then the transfer portal. Spend recruiting points, scout prospects to sharpen your read on their ability and potential, make offers and meet NIL asks. Every recruit has his own top schools and his own reasons. Prefer to delegate? Turn on Auto Recruit and your staff builds and works the board for you. WIN THE NIL GAME Your NIL budget rises and falls with donors, conference revenue and tournament runs. Players who outplay their deal want a raise, and players stuck on the bench may want out. Accept, counter or let them walk. CALL YOUR SYSTEM Set tempo, shot mix, offensive focus, pressing and more, then pick your offensive and defensive systems: pick-and-roll, motion, post inside-out, man-to-man, zones and the press. The game tells you how well each choice fits your roster, or let your assistant coach suggest a plan. SCOUT THE MATCHUP, THEN WATCH IT PLAY OUT Before tip-off, see your win probability and where you have the edge. Then sim the game or watch it live with a court view, box score and play-by-play. At halftime your staff reads the first half, and you can change your lineup and tactics for the second. CLIMB THE TOP 25 A full season of non-conference and conference games, résumé-based rankings, conference tournaments, a selection show and a 68-team national tournament. Track stat leaders, awards, history and records. DEVELOP YOUR PLAYERS Players earn XP from minutes, awards and training camp. Spend it on the ratings that matter, redshirt freshmen for later, and watch your stars decide whether to stay or turn pro. Bug fixes: • Reward ads: a fully watched ad now always gives its boost. Before, the game could miss the reward and ask you to watch another. • Purchases: Hardwood Pro now always unlocks after you buy it, and the Store tells you if a payment ever goes through without unlocking.
