Zero Contact: Breakup Recovery
Heartbreak & Ex Streak Counter
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
That 1 a.m. urge to text your ex? Open SOS, ride it out for 10 minutes and watch your no contact streak keep growing. Private, no account, free to start.
Want to text your ex right now? Don't. Open Zero Contact.
Keep no contact after a breakup with a live streak, a 10-minute SOS for every urge and a private AI coach that never helps you reach out.
Built for the hardest weeks of heartbreak: the late nights, the weekends, the minute after a sad song.
YOUR NO CONTACT STREAK
• A live counter, down to the second, of how long you've kept no contact
• Milestones at 24 hours, 1 week, 30, 60 and 90 days, 6 months and 1 year
• Healing score, mood check-ins and progress you can see on a bad day
• Slipped? Your streak restarts, but your longest streak and history stay
SOS FOR EVERY URGE
Most urges fade in about 10 minutes. Rate the urge, breathe for a minute, read your reasons, get distracted or text a friend instead. SOS is always one tap away, and always free.
UNSENT
Write everything you want to tell them in a chat that feels like sending, and never sends.
A PRIVATE AI COACH
Talk it through with a coach that runs on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. Nothing is sent to us and nothing is saved. It only helps with your breakup and no contact, and it won't help you text your ex. Needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence.
EMERGENCY MODE
Lock Messages, Instagram or any app you'd use to reach them, for 15 minutes to 3 hours, with Apple's Screen Time.
A 90-DAY PLAN
Short daily steps in three phases: Withdrawal, Clarity and Self-respect. Plus a journal, a reasons vault with red flags, letters to future you, and Sol, a little plant that grows with your streak.
MADE FOR YOUR DAY
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• An urge timer on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Low contact mode if you share kids or work
• Reminders that never show their name
• English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up. Your journal, unsent messages and reasons stay on your iPhone, or in your private iCloud if you turn sync on.
FREE AND PRO
Your streak, SOS, check-ins, Unsent, the coach (3 messages a day) and the first week of the plan are free. Zero Contact Pro unlocks the full 90-day plan, Emergency Mode, unlimited coach and Unsent, the reasons vault with Face ID, letters, Sol, iCloud sync, PDF export, every widget and no ads.
Zero Contact is a self-help tool, not therapy or medical care. If you're in danger, contact your local emergency number.

What’s new in 1.0.1
• Emergency Mode is fixed: it now starts right after you allow Screen Time access. Lock the apps you’d use to text your ex for 15 min to 3 h.
• Go Pro and the feature you tapped opens straight away.
• Pro subscribers no longer see ads or consent prompts when the app opens.
• Daily reminders tell you if notifications are off, so your no contact check-ins really reach you.
• Urge timer: a clear notice when Live Activities are off.
• The AI coach is ready as soon as you turn on Apple Intelligence.
Every review helps someone else get through a breakup. Thank you.
