Skipper Academies runs your whole coaching academy from one app, from admissions and attendance to fees and each player's performance, with a view for parents too.
FOR ACADEMY OWNERS AND COACHES
• Students and batches: enrol students, group them into batches with their days and times, and see each student's attendance, fees and progress on one page.
• Attendance in seconds: mark a session present, late, absent or excused, and see the month's register for every batch.
• Fees that collect themselves: set a fee plan once and Skipper raises the invoice every cycle, then reminds families who haven't paid.
• Invoices and receipts: share any invoice as a PDF on WhatsApp in a tap, record cash payments, and apply a discount or write-off when you need to.
• GST-ready: add your GSTIN and invoices carry the tax breakup.
• Progress reports: rate each student on the skills you coach and send a monthly report parents can download as a PDF.
• Notices: post an update once and every family sees it.
• Payouts: online fee payments settle to your bank account.
FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS
• See the next session, this month's attendance and the batch average.
• Pay fees by UPI in seconds, or by card and netbanking.
• Read progress reports and notices from the academy.
• Book a one-to-one session where the academy offers one.
PLANS
Academy owners choose a monthly plan by the number of active students: Starter (up to 25), Growth (up to 50), Pro (up to 100) or Elite (up to 250). Plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple Account. They renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Parents and students use the app free.
