OsseoSim is an educational simulation for dental professionals and students. Plan and place dental implants on randomly generated cases, then see exactly how your placement scored. Compete daily against user all over the world in the Case of the Day.
Every case is different. Read the anatomy, choose the implant, set your depth and angle, and deliver. OsseoSim measures the result the way a careful clinician would.

IMPORTANT
OsseoSim is an educational simulation. All cases are synthetic and randomly generated; no patient data is used or produced. It is not a medical device and must not be used to plan or guide treatment of a real patient.
Ratings & Reviews
• Stay signed in — the app no longer asks you to sign in again when you reopen it.
• Easier-to-read text: larger, higher-contrast type on menus, tutorial and account screens, and a bigger music button.
• Case of the Day podiums: top-3 finishes earn wins and podiums on your player card, plus a recap of yesterday's case that you can replay.
• Tap any name on the leaderboard to see that player's card.
• Measurements: undo, clear, and move either end while planning.
• A confirm step before drilling from the 3D handpiece button, and a Reset View button in 3D.
• The PA x-ray now fits wide three-tooth spans, with a larger gap label. Ridge grafts show in 3D right away.
• Scoring: biological width is now calculated correctly on subcrestal placements, and placements 1 mm or more into the sinus or tilted more than 20° are capped at 75%.
• Music opens on the Lobby theme and switches to Subcrestal when you start a case; a track you pick holds for the session.
