A floating show timer for your Mac. Prepare rundowns, pin the controls above other apps, and show a clear timer on a separate audience display. DFTM Show Timer is a floating Mac tool for preparing and running show timers and sequential rundowns. Create countdowns, stopwatches, and rundowns with named segments. Edit names and durations directly in the rundown, with automatic segment starts and total length. Set warning thresholds and notes, then use Save Changes or Command-S. Use a separate Audience Display for an audience screen while keeping the controls on your Mac. Start, Pause, Resume, Hide Timer, and Reset keep the main show actions close at hand. A large production clock and grouped playback controls keep the live rundown visible. Pin the window above other apps and resize it to show more segments. The app follows macOS light and dark appearance automatically, with native controls and clear status colors. Editing locks during an active session, and confirmation protects live changes. Adjust Time adds or removes time while Actual Elapsed continues measuring run time. Save your library locally, export JSON backups, and import a prepared show. Saved edits support undo and redo. Interrupted-session recovery restores paused with the audience timer hidden so you can check the saved position before resuming. An optional MIDI Time Code input monitor displays timestamps from a selected MIDI source. It does not synchronize the show timers or control external equipment. LTC audio input is not supported. DFTM Show Timer works offline without an account, advertisements, or analytics uploads. The operating guide and privacy policy are available in the Help menu. Requires macOS 26.5 or later. A second display is optional. MIDI monitoring requires a compatible source. Rehearse your complete Mac, display, and MIDI setup before a live event.
