Know when it starts, how to get ready and what to pack. A countdown, a short prep brief and a packing list for every workout you plan. One-time purchase, no subscription. Workout Prep gets you ready for the part before you start. Plan a session and Workout Prep gives it a countdown, a short prep brief and a packing list, so you know when it starts, how to get ready and what to bring. PLAN Choose from 81 workout types, from running and yoga to climbing and tennis, then set the day, the start time and the length. Every session is saved as an event in your own Calendar, and you can see the coming weeks at a glance. PREP Open a session's brief for hydration, stretching and nutrition suggestions fitted to the workout, its length and its start time. On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, Apple's on-device model writes the brief. On other iPhones, Workout Prep builds it from its own built-in rules. Either way, the brief is made on your device. These are general fitness suggestions, not medical advice. PACK Every session gets a packing list suggested for its type of workout. Tick things off as they go in your bag, add your own items, and see how much is left. GO Home shows your next session with a live countdown, how ready you are, your planning streak and the things not to forget. Turn on a reminder if you like, from 15 minutes to 2 hours before. WIDGETS AND SIRI Four widgets: Next Session, Prep Brief, Bag Progress and This Week. Or ask Siri, "What's my next workout in Workout Prep?" PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no third-party code. Workout Prep collects no data about you, and nothing you enter is sent to the developer. Your plan lives in your own Calendar, and Workout Prep only touches the events it created. ONE-TIME PURCHASE Pay once. No subscription and nothing to unlock later. Workout Prep doesn't track your training. It gets you ready for it.
