Workmark organizes project photos and paper documents, with English and Simplified Chinese interfaces.
PROJECT PHOTOS
Add project, operator, work, notes, time and optional location stamps. Choose photo proportions, appended or overlaid stamps, project colors and preview filters. Tap to focus, adjust exposure and select white balance presets. JPEG, HEIF and RAW + JPEG depend on device capabilities.
PHOTO MANAGEMENT
Each project has its own people list and colors. Import photos in a project, select multiple items to export or delete, and keep originals separately from stamped outputs.
DOCUMENT SCANNING
Capture manually or automatically after boundaries stabilize. Optional per-page perspective correction preserves originals. Recognize Chinese and English on device, proofread, copy and export searchable PDFs with page images and a text layer. These PDFs preserve the page appearance rather than offering Word-style layout editing.
OPTIONAL ONE-TIME PHOTO REPORT UNLOCK
Unlock collages with up to six photos, long images and photo-report PDFs. No subscription. Camera, photo management, document OCR and document PDF export remain free. Restore with the same Apple account.
No app account or developer photo-hosting service. Photos, documents and work fields stay on device. You choose when to save to Photos or share. Location is optional; address lookup uses Apple services. Stamps are work records, not authentication of photographic or location accuracy.
