Rilievo 4.0 helps professionals collect evidence and prepare Industry 4.0 technical appraisal drafts. Records, settings and subscriptions are separate from Rilievo CE.
EVIDENCE AND ASSET PROFILES
Organise clients, assets and components, photos, scans, documents, notes and numbered arrows. Evidence follows the applicable profile: full 5+2 or interconnection only. Annex A groups 2 and 3 do not inherit group 1's full 5+2; group 2 retains the output-data check, in a folder or company system/database. Changing the item updates applicable evidence groups while preserving history.
AI PROPOSALS, REGIMES AND DATES
On nameplate/data save, AI can automatically suggest A/B and IV/V items in Essential mode with unknown dates or tax regime. Confirmed professional choices take priority; insufficient evidence remains explicit. Old proposals stop driving the profile after source edits. AI does not automatically assign a tax regime or entitlement to an incentive.
Historical regimes, date provenance and consistency checks support late interconnection. Missing data and contradictions need review; tax, energy and GSE formalities remain the professional's responsibility.
PDF, WORD AND INTEGRITY
Create appraisals, asset sheets, asset lists with entered economic data, and photographic evidence on the device in PDF and editable Word IT/EN. Complete or defensible drafting based on the expert's statements and checks; pre-issue checks, custom logo and letterhead. The economic table is not an analytical cost dossier.
Local SHA-256 fingerprints and journal; optional non-qualified electronic time stamps and OpenTimestamps start off. Stamping services receive fingerprints, not files; connections may expose network metadata. Hashes and stamps guarantee neither accuracy, a professional signature nor a legally certain date.
AI AND DATA
Local AI requires compatible hardware/models; APIs use personal keys; Codex Cloud needs a private GitHub repository and configured access. Dedicated classification is unavailable with Apple Intelligence; MLX needs a verified sufficient context budget. Remote routes may transfer photos, documents and client data, without automatic anonymisation, and require conscious activation. APIs, Codex/ChatGPT and GitHub have separate terms and costs.
Essential and Automatic modes; API usage with USD/EUR estimates, dated exchange rate and CSV. Estimates are not invoices or spending caps. Camera captures are initially copied to Photos; this can be disabled. Photos/iCloud and exported copies need separate management.
UPGRADES AND LANGUAGE
Recover compatible legacy 5+2 records from this same app with a preventive copy and preserved assessments; no missing regime or date is invented. Update without uninstalling and keep a backup. Italian when iOS is Italian, otherwise English; settings override and IT/EN guides. Statutory catalogue wording remains in original Italian.
MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL REVIEW
Every analysis and report is an UNVALIDATED DRAFT. AI may produce errors, omissions and hallucinations. A competent, experienced professional must check, correct and approve before use, delivery, signature or sworn statement. CE4U S.r.l. and Carlo Tenca do not automatically approve or sign outputs. Mandatory rights and liability remain unaffected.
SUBSCRIPTION
14 days free only for eligible accounts when Apple displays the offer, one introductory offer per group. Then €29.90/month or €299.00 prepaid/year in the Italian App Store, unless cancelled. Automatic renewal; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the charge. Apple determines actual price, eligibility and terms. Capture, editing and AI require active entitlement; records remain readable/exportable without renewal. Professional engagement is excluded.
