SonaCue Remote turns your iPhone or iPad into the remote for SonaCue, the playback app for live shows on the Mac. Walk the stage, stand at front of house or sit behind the drums — GO is always under your thumb. ON STAGE WITHOUT A NETWORK No venue Wi-Fi? No problem. SonaCue Remote connects to your Mac directly, peer-to-peer, as long as both have Wi-Fi switched on. On a show network it finds the Mac by itself — no IP addresses to type, no QR code to scan. EVERYTHING YOU NEED, NOTHING YOU DON'T • A big GO button, with Stop, Previous and Next always in reach • Now and next: the cue that plays, its elapsed and remaining time, a pre-roll counting down, and the cue that comes next — marked AUTO when it starts by itself • The running order with SonaCue's own colours: tap a cue to select it, or — while a song plays in Show mode — to pick what comes next, without cutting the song • Song sections in their colours: tap one to jump there on the next bar (SonaCue 2.0) • LEAVE LOOP when a loop is playing, blinking until the loop is left • Panic, two taps away from GO • Show mode and Edit mode at a glance — and, with SonaCue 2.0, a locked show and timecode chase MADE FOR THE SHOW The screen stays awake. If the connection drops, everything dims and locks until it is back — the app never shows you a stale state as live, and a command sent while offline is dropped rather than arriving late. It reconnects by itself and signs in again with the PIN that worked. TRY IT WITHOUT A MAC A built-in demo show lets you try every control before your first rehearsal. REQUIREMENTS SonaCue on a Mac with the remote switched on (Settings → Remote): SonaCue 1.5 or later, or the SonaCue 2.0 beta. The app is free; SonaCue itself is available at sona-cue.com. PRIVACY SonaCue Remote collects no data and talks only to SonaCue on your Mac.
