Back hurting? Knees on fire? Neck aflame? Feet sore? This app can help!
The app is aimed at objectively determining the impact of activities on your skeletal system.
An active lifestyle leverages activities to stress your body. Your body adapts to such stress thus making it stronger.
If, however, chronic pain or soreness is the result, you could well be overdoing it.
This app allows one to objectively monitor the impact stress caused by different activities as well across variations of a specific activity. Take running, for example. Impact stress generated by running is dependent on at least the following variables: type of shoes, type of surface; stride length, cadence; pace; foot strike; uphill/downhill. The app will allow you to "score" variations of each variable.
Ultimately making you more robust while less likely to suffer chronic injury.
NOTE: This Trial version provides a taste of the Pro (paid) version. It does have limited functionality but should allow you to judge if the Pro version will be useful or not. It may even give you limited insight.
