Five. is a simple breathing pause. Open the app, a soft sphere starts to breathe, and you follow it. That’s it. No account, no ads, no complicated routine: within seconds, you’re breathing. BREATHE AT YOUR OWN PACE • Four rhythms: Balance (5s / 5s), Calm (4s / 6s), Deep relaxation (4s / 8s), or your own. • A custom rhythm: choose your inhale (2 to 10 s) and your exhale (2 to 15 s). • Sessions of 1, 3, 5 or 10 minutes, with a discreet progress bar and no stopwatch. SOUNDS TO KEEP YOU COMPANY • Air, Ocean, Forest, Breeze, Fireplace — or silence. • Soft, muted sounds built into the app: they work without an Internet connection. • Listen to a short preview before you choose. ONE SPHERE, ONE COLOUR • The sphere grows as you inhale, shrinks as you exhale, and takes the colour of the soundscape you chose. EYES CLOSED • Gentle vibrations mark each change of phase so you can follow the rhythm without looking. SIMPLE AND RESPECTFUL • No account, no ads, no tracking. • Your preferences stay on your phone. • Available in English and French.
