Tock Todo is a to-do list and reminder app for Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch. On the Mac, a small alarm clock named Tock sits in the corner of your screen, on top of your other windows. Click him to see your list. When something is due, he rings his bells and shows you.
Free for 14 days, then $0.99 a year or $2.99 once.
TYPE IT THE WAY YOU SAY IT
Quick add understands dates, times, repeats, groups and tags, and shows what it understood before you add the task:
- "call mom tomorrow 3pm"
- "stretch in 20 minutes"
- "vitamins every day at 8am"
- "standup every weekday at 9:30"
- "pay rent on the 1st every month"
- "buy milk @errands #store"
On the Mac, press Option-Space in any app to add a task.
REMINDERS
- At the due time you get a reminder with Done, snooze and Tomorrow buttons.
- Snooze for 10 minutes, 1 hour, 6 or 12 hours, 3 days or a week.
- On the Mac, Tock shows the reminder in a speech bubble. A notification is also scheduled, so you still get it when the app is hidden or closed.
- If your Mac was asleep, you get one summary of what you missed.
ORGANIZE
- View your tasks by date (Overdue, Today, Upcoming, Someday) or by group.
- Make groups with their own colors and icons, and add tags.
- Repeat daily, weekly, on chosen weekdays, monthly or yearly.
- Drag to reorder or reschedule.
- Undo any change.
IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH
- The iPhone app has the same list, quick add and reminders.
- Home Screen widgets show what is next, with Done buttons, plus Lock Screen and StandBy widgets.
- A Quick Add control for Control Center on iOS 18.
- The Apple Watch app shows what is due today. Tap to finish a task, snooze it, or add one by voice.
- Watch complications show how many tasks are left and what is next.
SYNC AND PRIVACY
Optional iCloud sync keeps your Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch in step through your own private iCloud database. There is no account to make. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the developer cannot see your tasks.
MAKE IT YOURS
Choose Tock's clock face (Chronograph, Orloj, Digital, Minimal or Classic), an accent color, and a light or dark theme.
