MEET LUMI
Lumi is a firefly and your guide in Lumelini. Lumi narrates the meditations and breathing exercises, encourages you and never judges. Lumi's voice is made with AI; we say so openly, in the app and here.
YOUR VALLEY
Your valley follows the time of day: mist in the morning, light at midday, a golden evening and a starry night full of fireflies. Each energy source is a place of its own in the valley, and the light there follows your check-in.
THE DAILY CHECK-IN
How are your lights today? In under twenty seconds you look at your 8 energy sources: Rest, Body, Food, Calm, Connection, Joy, Purpose and Outdoors. For each one you choose full, half or empty. Your glow shows how your week is going, without numbers to chase.
BRIGHT SPOTS AND JOURNAL
Write down one to three good moments each day. They appear as fireflies in your valley. Browse your journal month by month, and the week report shows what your week looked like.
LISTEN WITH LUMI
Short meditations, breathing exercises, a body scan and a gentle pause, from a few minutes to a longer session. Alongside them, reflection and movement exercises without audio. They keep playing with your screen off. Want more atmosphere in your valley? Turn on calm background music that matches the time of day.
COMING HOME: 14 DAYS WITH LUMI AS YOUR SELF-CARE COACH
A fourteen-day programme with Lumi as your personal self-care coach. Each day brings a short text, an exercise, a small action and an evening question. After your check-in, Lumi picks a tip that fits how your lights are doing, with an exercise and a self-care card to go with it. On days 7 and 14 you look back together. Lumi is a character, not a professional coach or healthcare provider: the tips follow fixed rules we wrote ourselves. You can try the first three days straight away.
THE KITCHEN
Simple seasonal recipes with ingredient cards and a servings stepper. Cooking as a moment for yourself, without promises about what food does to you.
SELF-CARE AND THE SPARK OF THE DAY
Each source has self-care cards with small, doable ideas. Every day the valley opens with a spark: one sentence to start your day.
PRIVACY FIRST

- Everything you enter stays on your own device. There is no server of ours that sees your data.

- Export or delete your data whenever you like.
- Apple Health is optional: switch it on and Lumelini can save finished exercises as mindful minutes and show your sleep and movement next to your check-in. Those values are used on your device only and never stored.
