Windeto is the pocket office for window, mirror and glass installers.
Measure on site, give the client a price in seconds, schedule the install, send your crew and get paid — all from your iPhone. No account, no spreadsheets, no lost paper notes.
QUOTE IN SECONDS
• Enter width × height in cm or inches — Windeto prices the glass, installation and extras instantly
• Windows, mirrors, shower glass, glass doors, balcony glazing, partitions and table tops
• Your own prices per m² or ft² for single, double, triple, tempered, laminated, frosted and mirror glass
• Minimum billable area for small pieces, old-glass removal and edge polishing
• Travel fee, discount, tax and deposit worked out automatically
• Share a clean quote with the client in one tap via Messages, WhatsApp or email
EVERY JOB, FROM LEAD TO PAID
• Six clear stages: Lead → Measured → Quoted → Scheduled → Installed → Paid
• Today screen with your installs, revenue for the month and progress to your goal
• See your pipeline value and exactly how much is still to collect
• Client address opens in Maps, phone number is one tap away
YOUR HELPERS, IN SYNC
• Add installers, glaziers, helpers and drivers with their hourly rates and skills
• Assign the right crew by skill — Windeto recommends the crew size for each job
• Log hours on site and see labor cost and margin per job
• Weekly payroll for the whole crew, ready before Friday
A SMART ASSISTANT ON EVERY JOB
• Flags heavy glass that needs two people and suction lifters
• Warns when tomorrow's install has no crew or nobody with the right skill
• Reminds you to send quotes, follow up with leads and collect unpaid balances
• Builds an install checklist tailored to the glass you're fitting: measurements, safety gear, sealing, cure time, client sign-off
BUILT FOR THE JOB SITE
• Works offline — everything is stored on your iPhone
• No sign-up, no ads, no tracking
• Light and dark mode, metric and imperial units, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD
Whether you fit bathroom mirrors, replace windows or glaze whole shop fronts, Windeto keeps every measurement, quote, helper and payment in one place, so you spend less time on paperwork and more time installing.
