CFB Commish
Fix college football your way

If you were the commissioner of college football, what would you do to fix the sport?
So, you think you know how to fix college football? Well, here's your chance to prove it.
You're the new commissioner. Realign the conferences. Rewrite the playoff. Decide how the TV money gets split and how long a transfer portal leash players get. Then fast-forward a decade of seasons — thousands of them, actually — and find out whether your genius idea made the sport better, or just moved the chaos around.
Pull every lever a real commissioner would fight over:
• Conferences — redraw the map by hand or auto-build by geography or strength, rename them, set media money and tiers
• Teams — override any team's strength or revenue, for one Cinderella run or a dynasty
• Season & Money — games per season, playoff size and byes, revenue sharing, and an optional promotion/relegation system
• Players — eligibility, free transfers, NIL rules, and recruiting pull
• Simulation — run years of seasons at once, with an Upset Factor dial from Chalk to Chaos
Then see the receipts. Every rule set gets scored against the real 2026 rules with a Parity Index — 0 means one team wins everything, 100 means every game's a coin flip — plus Bronze/Silver/Gold challenge tiers for how much more competitive balance you actually created. Save your best runs and compare them side by side.
No ads, no accounts, no nonsense. Just you, a league full of teams, and the honest truth about whether your fix actually works.
