Mutaba3a lets you get a money event out of your head and onto the record — right from your phone, the moment it happens. Sign in with the Mutaba3a account your organisation has already set up for you (there's no public sign-up — accounts are issued by your organisation) and start logging in seconds. CAPTURE IN SECONDS A keypad-first entry screen means recording an expense or a payment is a couple of taps, not a form. Enter the amount, pick a category, and save — no browser, no spreadsheet, no waiting until you're back at a desk. INCOME AND EXPENSES, HANDLED PROPERLY • Income: mark it Received when money actually lands, or Owed when the work is done and a client still owes you. • Expenses: assign them to any profile you belong to, and optionally tag a client or matter for accurate cost tracking. • Not sure where something belongs yet? File it to Unsorted and sort it out later — nothing has to wait for a decision before it's captured. CATEGORIES THAT FIT YOUR BUSINESS Create your own expense categories, rename them as things change, and archive the ones you have outgrown. Pick a category with a single tap while you capture, or swap it later from any saved entry. CONVERT BETWEEN CURRENCIES Record a currency conversion as its own entry: pick the two currencies, enter either amount, and Mutaba3a works out the other and the implied rate — so an exchange is as easy to log as an expense. NEVER LOSE AN ENTRY Underground car park, no signal, airplane mode — it doesn't matter. Entries save to your phone immediately and upload automatically the moment you're back online. If a sign-in expires mid-capture, your entry is still waiting safely when you log back in. FIX THINGS AFTERWARDS The Recent list shows what you've just logged, so you can correct a typo, change its date, undo an entry, or move something out of Unsorted into the right profile — all without digging through a desktop app. BUILT FOR BILINGUAL TEAMS Full Arabic and English support, with proper right-to-left layout and Arabic-Indic numeral entry — not a bolted-on translation. The app opens in your account's language after you sign in, unless you've already chosen one on this device. EVERY CURRENCY KEPT HONEST Each profile keeps its own default currency, and amounts are never silently added together across currencies. KEEP IT LOCKED Turn on App Lock in Settings to require Face ID or your device passcode before the app opens, so your financial data stays private even if your phone doesn't. Mutaba3a is a companion to your organisation's hosted Mutaba3a account. An existing account is required to sign in.
