DeCAya puts your company's DeCA (Documento electrónico de Control Administrativo) on your phone: today's with its QR code, the full list, and what you need to create a new one. It is the DeCAya app for drivers and transport offices.
Since 5 October 2026, the control document for public road freight transport in Spain has been generated in electronic form: the DeCA. During the journey, the driver can carry it on a phone or as a printed copy showing its QR code.
For drivers
- Today: open the app and see today's DeCAs for your lorry, with the QR code ready to show at a roadside check.
- No signal: the QR code is drawn on the phone itself from the last saved copy, so you can show it even without coverage.
- Your lorry: driving a different one today? Change it in the app and you will see its DeCAs.
- Your usual routes: create today's DeCA from a route your company has saved.
- PDF: download the DeCA as a PDF to share, save or print it.
- Sign in with your phone number and the PIN your company gives you.
For the office
- All your company's DeCAs, with search by number, company, tax ID, registration or origin, and filters by status.
- Create a DeCA from scratch, from a route or by duplicating another. The app suggests your saved companies, your fleet's registrations and recent places and goods, and tells you which required fields are missing before you generate it.
- Modify a DeCA, complete or cancel the transport, and check its versions and history.
- Open WhatsApp with the DeCA link ready to send to the driver, or copy the link.
- See which lorries have no DeCA today.
- Team: add drivers, issue a new PIN and send it by WhatsApp, change their registration or suspend their access.
- Companies: validate the companies your drivers add.
- If you manage several companies, switch between them in the app.

Before you start
You need a DeCAya account to use the app. If you are a driver, your company gives you access with your phone number and a PIN. Company details, logo, templates, imports and integrations are managed on the web.
DeCAya is a private, independent service. It is not affiliated with Spain's Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility or any other public authority. The DeCA rules are published in Spain's Official State Gazette (boe.es): Ley 9/2025 on Sustainable Mobility and the Resolution of 5 June 2026.
