サプレコは、毎日のサプリメント服用と、自分で感じた変化を記録・振り返るためのアプリです。
服用した日はワンタップで記録。目的に合わせた定期チェック、写真による変化の比較、共有カードの作成まで、続けやすい流れにまとめました。

記録と写真は端末内に保存されます。ログインやクラウド同期はありません。サプリ名、体調、写真、メモなどの記録データが自動送信されることはありません。
