Reachable is a SIP softphone for your own VoIP number. You make and take calls on the number from your own provider, and your iPhone rings, even when it is locked or the app is closed. Push is included, with no subscription.
RINGS, EVEN WHEN LOCKED
• Incoming calls on your lock screen, just like a normal phone call.
• Also when the app is closed, after a restart, on Wi-Fi and on mobile data.
• Our server in the EU stays signed in at your provider for you and wakes your iPhone as soon as someone calls. The call itself goes straight between your iPhone and your provider.
SEE THAT IT WORKS
• The Ring always shows whether you can be reached: in the app, in widgets and in Control Center.
• Test your settings: you see right away whether your provider signed you in, and if not, why, in plain words.
• Every missed call says why it was missed.
SET UP IN A MINUTE
• Pick your provider, or enter your SIP account: username, password and server.
• Works with SIP providers that give you your SIP details, and with your own phone system, over UDP, TCP or TLS.
• Up to four accounts. One account can ring on several phones at once.
CALLS THE WAY YOU KNOW THEM
• Keypad, recent calls, favorites and your contacts.
• During a call: mute, speaker, Bluetooth and your car, and hold.
• Transfer a call, straight away or after a quick word first, and make three-way calls.
• HD sound when your provider supports it, with echo cancellation. Encrypted calls (TLS and SRTP) when your provider offers them.
• Your voicemail in one tap, with the number of new messages when your provider sends it.
• Make Reachable your default calling app, and phone numbers in Safari and Mail call through your own number. Siri: "Call Jan with Reachable".
• Choose per Focus which account stays quiet. Your calls also show up in your iPhone's recent calls.
RECORD AND TRANSCRIBE
• Record a call with one tap. While you record, a red dot and the time stay on screen.
• On iPhones that support it, Reachable writes out a recording and sums it up in a few lines, all on your iPhone.
• Recordings stay on your iPhone, outside iCloud and your backup. In some countries the other person must agree first.
PROTECTION FROM COSTLY NUMBERS
• See whether a number is from abroad, premium rate or hidden.
• Calling back a costly or suspicious number? The app asks you first.
• Block the numbers you choose and, if you like, refuse hidden numbers. A blocked caller does not make your phone ring.
PRIVACY
• Your password stays on your iPhone. Our server only gets an encrypted sign-in key that works only at your provider.
• Recordings, transcripts and your recent calls stay on your iPhone. No ads, no tracking, no account with us.
GOOD TO KNOW
• You need a SIP account with a VoIP provider. Your number and your call credit stay with your provider. Reachable does not sell call minutes.
• Always call emergency numbers such as 911 with the regular Phone app. Reachable sends them there for you.

• Pick your provider from a list of providers and phone systems. The app fills in the server and the settings, you only add your number and password. Or fill in everything yourself.
• Before our server signs in at your provider on your behalf, the app asks if that is fine with you.
• At providers that block an address after a wrong password, the app tries a new account's password from your phone first.
• Missed call and voicemail alerts now reach the iPhone too.
• Internal numbers of your provider no longer show as foreign numbers in your list.
• A phone system on your own network is called directly.
