IceExpo Admin app puts your whole expo in your pocket. Built for organisers of trade shows, fairs and exhibitions, it connects to your expo's website and gives you everything you need on the day, from the entrance gate to the stand floor.
FAST, RELIABLE TICKET CHECK-IN
• Scan ticket barcodes with the phone camera and get a clear result instantly
• Green for a valid ticket, red for an invalid one, with a distinct sound for each so staff can keep their eyes on the queue
• Duplicate tickets are caught at once, showing when the ticket was last scanned
• See the ticket type, price and check-in count for every scan
• Built-in torch for dark entrances and evening events
OFFLINE MODE
Venue Wi-Fi down? Download your event's tickets in advance and keep scanning with no internet connection. Tickets are checked against the data saved on your device.
LIVE EVENT DASHBOARD
• See which event is live, selling or coming up, and how many days until doors open
• Track stand bookings by hall: taken, free, on hold and new this week
• Check the sellable area and stand types at a glance

ORDERS
• Search orders by number, name or email and filter by status

MANY EXPOS, ONE APP
Run more than one expo? Add each expo's domain and switch between them from the menu. Switch between events within an expo, too.
SECURE QR SIGN-IN
No passwords to type at the door. Sign in by scanning the personal QR code from your expo's web admin panel. Logging out removes downloaded tickets from the device.
