Rewrite World - American Wars is a turn-based strategy simulation set in North America and the Caribbean. Choose a starting point and a power, then manage your economy, command armies and conduct diplomacy. Each turn spans one month as you reshape the continent.
■ Two starting points
Start with the American Revolution in 1775, just after Lexington and Concord, or the Civil War in 1861, just after the first shots were fired at Fort Sumter. Each has its own balance of powers, people and goals, and you can replay the same moment as a different side.
■ The map is your control panel
Tap a territory to manage it. Move armies by tapping a unit and its destination, or enable drag-to-move in Settings. For distant targets, plan a route and your forces advance a little every turn. Before a battle you see the expected strength and terrain modifiers, then commit to the march.
■ People and the home front
Appoint generals and governors, and build your nation through taxation, recruitment, construction and research. Keep an eye on population, national power and unrest.
■ Scenes from the era
As revolution and war unfold, encounter events tied to your chosen scenario. Your choices shift relations and the course of the war.
■ Diplomacy by conversation
Talk directly with the leaders of other powers to negotiate alliances and treaties. AI generates the replies, but the game rules decide whether a deal is made. Smooth talk alone will not win an ally; relations and strength must back it up.
■ Before you start
· This is a fictional simulation based on history. Territory, power and character stats are approximations made for the game and may differ from the historical record.
· Diplomatic conversations need an internet connection, and the sentences you type are sent to an external provider for AI processing.
· Game saves stay on your device and cannot be continued on another device. Our server receives game registration details, along with messages and context used for diplomatic conversations.
