Pick one artist you already own. Nine albums by musically similar artists appear. Choose one, and nine more follow. Keep going, and you travel outward into music you have never heard. YOUR LIBRARY IS THE STARTING POINT Every journey begins with music you actually own. No account, no sign-up. Not a trend, not somebody else's listening history — just one artist from your own shelf, and a map that opens out from there. ALBUMS YOU OWN ARE FILTERED OUT Your library is checked first, so suggestions point to records you do not have yet. Artists you have already passed through never come back either. Nothing loops; every step moves outward. SEE HOW CLOSE YOU ARE The dots under each cover (●●●○○) show how close that artist sits to your starting point. Dig around nearby, or take a leap somewhere far — the choice is yours at every step. PREVIEW, THEN ADD Play a 30-second preview right on the card. With an Apple Music subscription you can add the album to your library on the spot. Without one, previews still play and a tap takes you to where the album can be purchased. STEP BACK, BRANCH OFF Your trail stays at the bottom of the screen. Tap any point to return there and set off down a different branch. Dead ends cost you nothing. THEY ARRIVE ONE BY ONE There is no wait for all nine. Albums appear as they are found, each slotting into place by closeness. The first one lands right away, and the screen fills while you look. TURN THE COVERS OFF Settings can hide artwork throughout the app, leaving a quiet list of names — for when you would rather read than look. Requirements - iPhone running iOS 17 or later - Permission to access your music library (journeys start from it) - An internet connection Similar-artist information is provided by Last.fm, and album artwork by Apple. This app does not collect personal data.

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

- Save albums for later. Long-press a cover to add it to your list, then find it under the bookmark button on the first screen. - Preview and Add now work on more albums. Matching sometimes stopped partway, which left those buttons missing. - More albums now show their cover art. - The artist list on the first screen now shows three columns. - The index on the right is simpler: A–Z, Japanese kana, then #. Names that start with a number or a kanji character are under #.
