LVE is inventory management for workshops, businesses and job sites. Scan an article, book it in, out or to another place, and see at once what is where. No account, no server, even without a connection.
SCAN INSTEAD OF TYPING
The camera reads barcodes, QR codes and serial numbers, from EAN and Code 128 to Data Matrix and GS1. Zoom, flashlight and camera switching help with small labels. Scan a location label and the articles that follow are booked right there.
YOUR STOCK UNDER CONTROL
- Articles with photo, purchase and sales price, minimum stock, barcodes and accessories
- Locations in areas, shelves and bins, each with its own QR label
- Goods receipt, issue, transfer and stock count, stock per location

DELIVERY NOTES ON SITE
Pick a recipient, scan the material, let them sign on the iPhone and share the delivery note as a PDF or send it by email.
HAND OUT AND LEND EQUIPMENT
Hand tools, laptops or measuring devices to employees and external borrowers, with condition, replacement value, accessories and photos. The borrower signs the conditions on the device and you get a handover protocol as a PDF. A return only counts once both sides have signed and every accessory is back. Return dates show what is overdue.
PRINT LABELS
For articles and locations on Niimbot printers over Bluetooth, on any AirPrint printer and on network label printers with ZPL or Brother QL.
REPORTS
Stock value at purchase and sales prices, stock by location, reorder list, slow movers, count sheets, movements and consumption. With Pro as PDF, Excel or CSV.
WORK AS A TEAM
Sync your inventory between your devices through iCloud or share it with your team. Companies can also connect LVE to their own server; its protocol is openly documented.
YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
LVE stores everything on your device. There is no account, no analytics and no tracking.
LVE PRO AND TEAM
For free you manage up to 100 articles with all basic features. Pro adds unlimited articles, your own logo on documents, network label printers, reports as files and sync between your devices. Team adds the shared inventory, your own server and penalties for late returns. Pro and Team are available monthly or yearly with a two-week free trial, Pro also as a one-time purchase.
